Humain work with high profile video game developers on cutting edge AAA digital humans for real-time and cinematic. Founded in 2016, Humain’s credits include Halo, Call of Duty, Diablo, Saints Row, and many others.

Job Description

  • Humain develop digital humans for the biggest and most exciting IPs in the video games industry. We work with world leading AAA video game developers such as 343 Industries (Halo), Activision (Call of Duty), and Microsoft Flight Simulator to name a few.

    Our reputation is growing as the go-to facial rigging company among the industries giants. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to fuel our growth by capitalising on our technical breakthroughs in large scale development. In this role, you will be responsible for the studio’s global business development and supporting the leadership team with new project acquisitions. You will take a lead role in driving the growth and expansion of the studio’s presence in the games industry and focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing key client partners. Additionally, you will proactively introduce and assist in identifying new business opportunities whilst driving revenue growth through effective business development strategies.

    As a business development manager, you will be working closely with our production and art teams, you will cultivate and build long-term relationships with developers, presenting our services, closing new business, and negotiating contracts that align with the strategic direction of the company.

Experience

  • Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and delivering revenue growth.

    An extensive understanding of the video game market, including knowledge of industry trends, key players, and emerging technologies.

    Experience in building long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
    History of accurate forecasting and exceeding targets.

    Experience of negotiating and influencing at all levels within an organisation and with multi-disciplinary teams.

    An existing network of contacts within the games industry would be hugely beneficial.

Requirements

  • A passion for the games and game development.

    Outstanding organisational skills, having the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

    Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
    Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.

    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently meeting tight deadlines.

    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with client partners and stakeholders.

    Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.

    Team player who can work closely with production to ensure clean handovers of projects and maintenance with clients.
